      目前主要借助免疫學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)和生物技術(shù),與加拿大圭爾夫大學(xué)、加拿大農(nóng)業(yè)部食品營養(yǎng)研究中心、德國基因橋股份公司、美國德克薩斯大學(xué)、奧本大學(xué)、德國家畜生物研究所以及國內(nèi)大學(xué)、研究機構(gòu)與公司合作研究氨基酸和碳水化合物營養(yǎng)代謝及調(diào)控機理和研發(fā)功能食品與飼料,(招收動物營養(yǎng)、分子營養(yǎng)、食品營養(yǎng)學(xué)碩士、博士研究生和博士后)。
